Mustafa was right on time (actually a few minutes early) to pick us up at the hotel for our trip to IST. The van was very nice and he offered bottles of water. Safe and courteous driver. Highly recommended.

The car (large 7 seater) was very clean inside, but the outside looked like it hadn't been cleaned for some while. Gear changes were quite clunky at low speeds, so perhaps a gearbox fault. However, the driver arrived promptly, conveyed us through the city traffic as best he could, and delivered us to our destination in good time. Driver was also on the phone for much of the journey, though perhaps I shouldn't apply British standards to a foreign country.
We arrived nearly an hour early, but still got away 15 minutes before the booked time. Vehicle was a luxurious 7 seater, but the driver still managed to get it around the old city's narrow streets. The driver was on his phone for a lot of the journey, hence the loss of a star, but he delivered us to our destination safely and in good time.
I can only say positive in everyway. Driver was 15 minutes early! Driver was friendly and drove very safely. Do not hesitate to use this service.

We had to wait an hour from the time we checked in to the time our driver arrived to pick us up. We were among many unhappy customers that afternoon. The staff was unprofessional in managing all of the chaos.

Great service! Pick up from the airport was a breeze. Our return to the airport was complicated, because we were not staying at a hotel and our apartment was on a pedestrian street. But they handled it all very cordially and professionally, and on time.
