The booking process was very smooth, and we decided to book this transfer to avoid hustle with taxi drivers etc. even though it is a bit more expensive than taxi. Overall, it was a good experience and the driver very friendly and drove very safe! The only thing to give a remark on was the process at the airport. We had to go up to the departures with the luggage and wait for the driver for a while who wasn’t there yet. This takes down the overall impression a bit as when you arrive from the flight you just want to go instead of waiting for a pre-booked transport. All the best, Isabelle
