Driver came on time and got me to the airport without a problem and on time. Several other services don't have the seamless experience that Tranigo provides.

We had difficulty finding the taxi initially and there was some confusion around our booking, which led to a wait in the smoke filled car park. We and several other guests were escorted by someone downstairs after a while, and put in taxis separately. The communication and organisation wasn't great after a long flight! But we were told our driver was late but on his way. Once he arrived, the driver was very polite and followed Covid safety protocols, driving us safely to the city centre.
