We were a little concerned about the timing on this one because we had to take a flight at 14:00 and our pick up time was arranged at 11:25 (but there is a little more than one hour driving to the airport), but we had to check in our suitcase and the counter was closing at 13:00. We were not the last ones to be picked up so we had to deviate from the fastest route several times. We made it on time because Kayseri's airport is extremely small, so once there, everything was pretty fast. As it was a shared transfer, regarding the price, I cannot complain.

When we landed, the driver was already there which was super. He offered to carry our bags, and we were given a bottle of water each for the journey. The vehicle was spotless and comfy. The only negative thing that could be said is that it was supposed to be a shared transfer, but due to the time (1:30am) we (2 women) were the only ones there and we were expecting one driver but there were two men (the actual driver and one who was seated as a copilot). There was nothing wrong with that, obviously, but regarding the fact that it was late at night, first contact with the country, and lonely roads, we were a bit anxious at the beginning. It must be said that they completed the transfer excellent and we were dropped off at the entrance of the hotel and everything was perfect.

We booked our transfer from Neveshir airport to get to Cappadocia on a shared minivan. The price was very good for an hour's drive. The driver was courteous, careful and very accommodating. Great service. Highly recommended.

This is my second transfer in the same week: after my first experience, there was never a doubt about using the transfer with Helios again, and as in the first time, they were punctual, had a good driver, and a van with a/c and WiFi! I highly recommend them!!! Kudos to Helios and to Tranigo!

All worked perfectly, from start to finish. On arrival of my flight, a rep was waiting with my name on a clearly visible and legible. The car, a van, even had onboard wi-fi. At the airport, I asked if I could buy some water, and the rep said wait, and promptly bought a small bottle for all in the van. I recommend the service!

In general, the pick up and driving was smooth. However, the driver went to the gasoline station to fill his gas trunk. I think the car should be ready before the pick up of the guests. On my way back from Goreme to the airport, the car stopped on the road to wait the late passenger. I think whoever is late should not be waited by others. The passengers in the car started to nervous if they will be late to their flight.
