We had a little delay, bit luckely we just walked out of the airport 3 minutes late. We sent a message about the delay. We realy rushed, to be on time, but it turned out that the shuttle left 50 minutes later than we booked! I understand that sometimes you have to wait a little. But more than 30 minutes is realy too long. We booked the 15:00 shuttle and not the 16:00 shuttle. The busride was fine, wifi included. Booking proces was also very easy.

The company came recommended through a travel blog and I would also recommend them.
They were very helpful as I had accidentally booked for next year so someone called me to clarify.
Drivers in Turkey are quite relaxed in their approach to using the phone while driving but our driver showed great skill navigating the narrow roads.
Decent price, will be using again for our return.

Everything was really good in terms of service!
I made an initial mistake by introducing the wrong airport in the reservation and the support via Whatsapp was really effective and very nice!
Totally recommend it to anyone arriving at the airport and need to be fast to the hotel!

Excellent way of transfers. I had a morning 2 am flight from Kayseri which got delayed by an hour. The driver was there waiting with my nameplate outside the airport. It was very easy to spot him and get to the hotel. I would highly recommend.

When we arrived our name or the name of the local company (Cappadocia Express) was not on display! As the flight arrived 30 minutes later we thought they did not want to wait... Asked a man, about our transfer and have shown the print paper with all the data, he said NO! In fact is was the driver!! Asking again another one to help us with a phone call he pointed the first as the right guy! It was stressful, unexpected, and we were about to take a yellow taxi with extra cost... It was a bad service and now I do not trust to use the transfer to go back next Sunday. I am a portuguese traveler, posting my trips in Portugal for other independent visitors (see : Sapoviagens.pt Custódio ISSA). How can I recommend such transfer? Bless. Issa
