The return journey from the hotel to the airport was safe and quick (about 45 minutes) – the driver arrived 5 minutes before the scheduled time. I highly recommend this carrier – it's the best choice. Thank you! :-)

The transfer from the airport to the hotel was relatively smooth (due to traffic). The driver was very communicative and friendly, and he provided information on the important points of interest in the city we passed. The car (large 7 seater) was very clean inside, but the outside looked like it hadn't been cleaned for some while. Gear changes were quite clunky at low speeds, so perhaps a gearbox fault. However, the driver arrived promptly, conveyed us through the city traffic as best he could, and delivered us to our destination in good time. Driver was also on the phone for much of the journey, though perhaps I shouldn't apply British standards to a foreign country.

We arrived nearly an hour early, but still got away 15 minutes before the booked time. Vehicle was a luxurious 7 seater, but the driver still managed to get it around the old city's narrow streets. The driver was on his phone for a lot of the journey, hence the loss of a star, but he delivered us to our destination safely and in good time.
