My service was not provided. The company took my money but I did not have a ride to my place. They refused to refund me €52 I paid . It’s absolutely fraud was they offer! Don’t believe a word they promise, they are the real thieves and layers! -Answer Of The Provider- Dear Tanya, The car and driver were there for you. First you lost your suitcase and kept it waiting. You were going to be picked up from Terminal 1, but you went to Terminal 2 to pick up your friend and said that your friend was missing, and you kept the car waiting in the area for hours. The car had to leave the area as they had other reservations later in the day. Our responsibility is to be ready at the reservation time. It is your responsibility to ensure that the car starts on time, but you did not fulfill your responsibility, sorry.

Sadly I had a truly bad experience. After reaching the Antalya airport on time my driver was nowhere to be found. I walked towards the desk stated in the instructions but there was no identifiable person I could talk to in there. I was lucky to find a kind stranger that called the service provider and asked regarding what happened just to be told the driver was on his way, I’ve also reached out tranigo for help and was told the same. I had to wait for 30 extra minutes with my family (including a 5 years old, a 2 years old and a 3 months old baby) in a really uncomfortable place until the driver arrived. For worse he didn’t bring with him the child seats we requested and were guaranteed by the tranigo agents to have been booked and when confronted with this the driver just responded with signs and stating he did not speak English. On the positive side if any, we managed to safely arrive to the hotel after all the unpleasant experience, but would not recommend the service to anyone based on my experience, specially if travelling with family.

The booking process was easy offering payment options. Polite and helpful staff, nothing was too much trouble. The transfer vehicle was clean and smart. On time for both transfers. Would definitely use again.

I used airport transfer service 4 time in Turkey and From Start to finish outstanding 5 star service. All the Vito vans were like Limo including Drivers. I havent faced any issue in communication, transfer. Overall service was the best and I would love to use the service in future and will not hesitate to recommend.

Driver arrived 10 mins earlier than booked and was very pleasant and polite (same as all the other drivers from this company). Very nice VIP luxury travel and refreshments offered (water). Drove us to the Departure terminal entrance door. Can't speak highly enough about this taxi company. Gurhan (main point of contact) was in contact with me via whatsapp throughout the trip to make sure taxi transfers went smoothly - which it did. I will definitely be using their services again next time I visit Turkey. Highly recommend. Many thanks to Gurhan.

Very friendly driver greeted us at the airport and drove us to the hotel in Kemer. The VIP people carrier was very stylish, had ample space for 2 people and luggage, clean and well presented. Our hotel was shut when we arrived and both the driver and Gurhan (person who took our booking) was so helpful in finding us another hotel at short notice, without extra charge. Prices are very reasonable and I would highly recommend this taxi service. I will definitely be using again.

Everything was perfect, the driver was so nice, polite and helpful, waiting for me and my little baby girl, even if my flight has some delay. I asked a child seat and they provide one. I felt safe. I highly recommend Tranigo and Aleyna Aydin.
