Terminals
Punta Cana Airport has 5 terminals, only two of which are open to the public.
Punta Cana Airport Terminal A
The ground level is for arrival. There are tourist vehicle counters, immigration, first aid station, luggage belts, baggage claim area, luggage carts, customs, tour operator counters, transportation (taxi, bus and car rental), banking services, information desk, food and beverage services.
The first level is for departures and ticket services. This level is where the 1-4 boarding gates are situated. There are ticket counters, airline offices, immigration counters, security checks, children's playground, food and beverage concessions, telephones, toilets, ATMs and duty-free shop services. After the security and passport control, you can also see the VIP Lounge Punta Cana in this terminal.
Punta Cana Airport Terminal B
The ground level is for arrival. There are tourist vehicle counters, immigration, first aid station, luggage belts, baggage claim area, baggage carts, customs, tour operator counters, transportation (taxi, bus and car rental), banking services, information bank, food and beverage services.
The first level is for departures and ticket services. This level is where 5-10 boarding gates are located. There are ticket offices, immigration counters, security control, children's playground, food and beverage concessions, telephones, toilets, ATMs and duty-free shop services. You can also find the Punta Cana International Airport VIP Lounge in Terminal B.
